A questionnaire has been created for emerging national metrology institutes outside the current RF&MW project consortium in order to identify their radio frequency, microwave and electromagnetic capabilities and needs. The outputs of this questionnaire will be later used for a preparation of a guidance on how to establish basic RF and microwave capabilities. Also presentation/workshop materials for training on basic RF and microwave metrology (e.g., power, s-parameters, EMC) will be created tailored to the individual needs of the institutes taking part in this survey.
